MononcleAI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website mononcleai.ca. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this to manage your account and subscription.

Usage data. We track session counts, session duration, and feedback you voluntarily submit (ratings, comments, optional email). This helps us improve the service.

Device identifiers. We generate a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage to manage session limits. This is not linked to your real identity unless you sign in.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Voice data. Voice conversations are processed in real time by OpenAI's API. Audio is streamed directly between your browser and OpenAI via WebRTC. We do not record or store your voice conversations on our servers.
